The Bub in the Belly

It was our tenth wedding anniversary recently, which we celebrated over two evenings, one dinner with Ryan and one without. It's been ten good years of marriage.

It's not been a perfect ride - we are still adjusting to each other and learning about each other, because we each continue to grow and change as time passes and what worked before may not work now. There've been fights, arguments, tears and screams and, oh boy, I've thrown quite a few things at Richard.



As everyone knows, that's part and parcel of a relationship. So long as we keep caring enough to work things out, we can be sure that the good stuff will far outweigh the bad. There's always going to be a lot of laughter, a lot of joy and a whole lotta love. And this little munchkin helps keep things in perspective - things can't be all that bad when you have so much goodness in this little package.
