We are off to Ho Chi Minh City today! It's off to the land of Pho Bo we go!

We'll be back on Sunday, and I'm sure we'll have lots to share on the blog. I've lined up some posts on our USA trip for the weekend to help me catch up on posting. For today, I want to share our homemade volcano which we made last night!

We used some flour to make a volcano shape around a paper cup.
We put some bicarbonate soda  inside, poured in the vinegar and there she blows!
Here's Ryan trying to figure out what is going on
Taking a closer look

We used Chinese black vinegar so it was like a huge Coca-Cola ice-cream float.

We caught it all on video too. Do try it! It's so much fun!
